This intro to the film The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo directed by David Fincher, was one of the coolest, yet strangest intros to a movie I have ever seen. The sleek black, oily look to it all kind of embodies a lot of the characters and plot of the film itself. If you look closely you even see some objects that appear in the movie later on, while others seem to embody the movie's theme and emotion. It doesn't hurt to have a score from Trent Reznor of The Nine Inch Nails and Katie O from The Yeah Yeah Yeahs covering a classic ACDC song to go along with it. It too just seems to embody the intensity and utter abnormality of the film's coming events.
